About creases:
Due to shipping restrictions in some countries, some carpets need to be folded and packed.
There may be creases, not a quality problem.
Creases will disappear over time and can also be resolved with low steam ironing.

About delivery time:
Under normal circumstances, it will be sent 4-7 days after the order is placed, and it may be delayed to 7-15 days in special circumstances.
Shipping time will be slower due to possible errors in custom rug making.
