Shipping policy


Postage and packaging costs may vary depending on your country of delivery. We will always seek to fulfill your order from a local distribution center, however for some specialist items this may not be possible. We operate a transparent shipping policy and your total shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We work with a variety of established international shipping partners. Most of our shipping partners allow order tracking so that you can track the status of your delivery and even make special delivery requests directly from the shipping provider.

Delivery times

Our delivery dates vary depending on whether our suppliers need to deliver stock to our warehouse after you have purchased it. You will find the delivery date for each sale displayed on the sale and product page, and at the checkout stage.

Items available to us right away will be delivered to you within 2-5 days and when it will take longer, the delivery dates are made clear throughout your order journey.

Please note that if you have ordered items from one or more of our sales partners, we will automatically split ship your order if certain items become available before others.


Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase. You will be responsible for the postage and packaging costs of your return. We recommend sending your return insured and tracked, since we will not be able to process a refund if we do not receive your return package.

Please note that we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your return.
