I live in California and I order them on March 16 and they arrived on March 24! Great quality and beautiful colors. I order size 21 for my toddler who’s 2 years, she fits in a USA 5c and will soon move to a 6c in toddler shoes. Size 21 fit pretty good with a gap for her to grown in. She’s able to wear them now with double socks glad she’ll have this for a while. Will update as she wears them out.
