Question 1: Are you the manufacturer or trading company?
Answer: We are both manufacturer and trading company. We have our own workshop and warmly welcome to visit our show-room in Zhongshan,Guangdong.
Question 2: Can I have my own logo on product? Answer: Sure, we can add your logo on the product or package.
Question 3: Can you make my own designs?
Answer: Of course we can, customized order is welcome. We could follow your artworks and launch your own design prod-ucts. which will be protected by our law if necessany.
Question 4: Will you accept small order and what's your OEM MOQ?
Answer: Yes, we accept small order as 100pcs per model/design, and 1,000pcs per model can be considered as customized order.
Question 5: Can I get some free samples?
Answer: Normally al samples are charged by buyer with reasonable cost. However, we would refund the sample fee if your initial order quantity is more than 1000pcs per model.
Question 6: What's your product package? Answer: Our standard package is 0PP bag per set. Some buyers wil ask for a cardboard with euro hole or gift box for difer. ent party supplies.
Question 7: ls there any discount for bulk orders? Answer: Surely we have. From 3% to 10% discount will be offered for our VIP customers.
